The Trio

The Trio was founded in the spring of 2020. During its first year, the ensemble recorded Josef Suk’s Elegy, which was streamed by more than one hundred thousand listeners on the social media channels of the international radio station Classic FM. In addition, The Trio produced an acclaimed audiovisual recording of Bohuslav Martinů’s Bergerettes, which won first prize at the International Vienna Music Competition. This success led to their performance at the opening of the 2021/2022 season in the renowned Vienna Musikverein. The Trio appears regularly on Czech concert stages and major festivals such as Smetana’s Litomyšl. In 2025, the ensemble performed Beethoven’s Triple Concerto in C major, Op. 56, together with the Zlín Philharmonic Orchestra.
